How much does it cost, and what’s included?

Is financial aid available?
There is no official financial aid application, but please reach out to kingdomcomeyouthconference@gmail.com if finances are a barrier for attendance.
Do I have to be a Christian?
No! If you are not Christian, we hope you come curious to learn more about our love for Jesus Christ and why we are committed to following Him.
Do I have to attend one of the hosting churches?
No. This conference is open to members of any church.
What should I pack?
Warm layers, a sleeping bag and pillow, toiletries, a Bible and a journal. The full checklist is on the Event Info page; what to leave at home is the next question below.
What should I leave at home?
Knives and weapons of any kind, gaming and music devices, matches and lighters, cigarettes and e-cigarettes, and illegal drugs and alcohol are not permitted at the conference. We also ask that students dress appropriately for the three days. Phones are handled a little differently — see below.
What’s the phone policy?
Students who bring a cell phone will hand it to their pastor at the start, and it is kept safe until the end of the retreat. Parents and students who need to reach each other can do so through a leader’s phone or the retreat center.
Are meals provided? Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, meals are provided and included in the registration fee. We will try our best to accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but please be sure to specify any on the registration form.
What does a typical day look like?
The schedule will be posted on the Event Info page once it’s set.
What if I take medication or have a medical need?
Please specify on the registration form. Bring medication and anything else you might need.
Who is supervising? Are counselors background-checked?
College students, graduate students, and young professionals. Counselors are screened through a formal application and selection process.
How do I reach my child during the conference?
Feel free to email kingdomcomeyouthconference@gmail.com at any point during the three days, or reach out to your student’s pastor directly if you attend one of the hosting churches. Phones are handed in at the start, so a leader is the fastest route to your child.
How do I apply to be a counselor?
Through the counselor application. It takes about fifteen minutes, and it also asks for a pastoral reference.
